WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US
Our team bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to help bring you the garden you deserve.
Typically our project manager and a designer will come out to meet you and discuss your requirements in a free initial consultation.
We will send you a quote. If you decide to go ahead, we take a 10% deposit and book a date. As the project is about to start we take 40% to cover initial materials and labour.
All our staff will be in Greengage uniform, and are friendly and helpful. We will leave landscaping sites tidy and safe at the end of each day and keep sites looking professional.
Our project manager will be on site for the whole of the project. Typically we have three staff on site working the project from start to finish. Any absences or staffing variations will be notified with as much notice as possible.
Half way through longer projects another payment may be taken however typically we invoice the last 50% at the end of the project. After that a reminder email will be generated if payment is not received.
We then ask you if you wouldn’t mind leaving us a review as it massively helps us source clients and we leave you to enjoy your amazing new space.
We have full employers and public liability insurance to give your peace of mind. In the unlikely event of an accident on your property, our staff and your property have cover.
