The brief
Our clients wanted a design and build for the lower end of their lovely garden. They needed an additional seating area with lighting and a water feature.
The main tasks
- Excavate and prepare area
- Cut back boundary hedge
- Take down blue Lias wall ready for reuse
- Lay stone bases and concrete for paving, hoggin and walls
- Supply and lay hoggin, sandstone setts, paving slabs, Corten steel edging, pressure treated posts and softwood sleepers
- Supply and install deck boards and fascia’s, cedar beaten screening and posts, oak sleeper detail and bench, Corten steel water feature
- Source and plant the planting from the planting plans

Review
Jude and her team worked tirelessly to bring about a total transformation of a section of our garden. We now have an area where we can socialise and relax. The landscaped area is terraced and has complimentary planting, lighting and a water feature. We would highly recommend Greengage; they are hard working and attention to detail is evident at all stages of the project.
