WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US
Our team bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to help bring you the garden you deserve.
Our project manager will come out to you to meet you and discuss your requirements in a free initial consultation. We can arrange for our garden designer to be present at these meetings if you require.
We will take arrange a deposit to cover initial materials and agree dates with you if you decide to go ahead.
All our staff will be in Greengage uniform, and are polite and helpful. We will leave landscaping sites tidy and safe at the end of each day and keep sites looking professional.
Our project manager will be on site either daily or regularly during the work. Any absences or staffing variations will be notified with as much notice as possible.
Invoices are sent out at the end of each month (or at the end of the project as appopriate), detailing the hours worked and the materials used. After that a reminder email will be generated if payment is not received.
We can sign contracts so both parties are very clear on the project from the outset.
We have full employers and public liability insurance to give your peace of mind. In the unlikely event of an accident on your property, our staff and your property have cover.
