The project manager will come out to you to meet you and discuss your requirements in a free initial consultation. We can arrange for our garden designer to be present at these meetings if you require a redesign.
If you wish to go ahead the you we will take a deposit and arrange dates with you.
Our staff will be in uniform, polite, helpful and all areas will be left tidy.
The project manager will be on site during the work. Any absences or staffing variations will be discussed with the client with good notice.
An invoice will be sent out at the end of each month detailing the hours worked and the materials used. 20 % VAT is added to labour costs.
Contracts are signed, so both parties are very clear on the project scope from the outset.
We have full employers and public liability insurance to give your peace of mind that in the unlikely event of an accident on your property, our staff and your property have cover.
The Gardeners Guild is a national trade network for professionally qualified gardeners. Membership is dependant on horticultural qualifications and is proof that their members have been trained and assessed in horticulture.
Greengage Garden Solutions is a registered waste carrier and is licenced to remove your garden waste.
Bark.com is a third party service provider putting clients and professional gardeners in contact with one another.
